The divisional games will be key.  The Cowboys were a bad matchup last year and will be desperate for wins.  The skins game is basically a complete toss-up.  The Giants look as if they will eat the Eagles offensive line alive, which is why I'm thinking 0-2 against them this year.  Basically, I would be surprised if they went 5-0 or 0-5 for the rest of the season against the NFC East, but everything else is in play.

Eagles_Legendz

I think the Eagles split vs NY and Dallas and beat Washington.

Dallas also might have closed up shop for the year by the time they play.  Either that or they'll be on an impressive run to get into contention.

If Vick is starting either one of those Giants games and what you think will happen is true, then I think they can still pull one out. Vick using his legs FTW

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

very important distinction

they play dallas so late its either gonna be a team packed it in or a team thats rolling on house money and heading towards 9-7 and the playoffs.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Nate Allen got burned today at least once

Oline looked good for about half a quarter, then shat the bed

Kolb was decent but inconsistent. Couldn't make the deep throws into the wind, but was running around trying to save his own life

Shady is awesome

im sure im not saying anything that was talked about ad nauseum during the hame but the eagles refusal to take ellis "im a kick returner" hobbs off britt was inexcusable....and it goes back to their infatuation of the patriots franchise...bill belichek believes in lining up his corners on a side and keeping them there for the whole game...i fully believe the eagles stubborness today in refusing to switch corners was directly due to this

is anyone else sick and tired of the shtein talking this defense does...this was summed up and tied in a neat little bow on the 3rd and 7 cj run  at the end of the game...shtein talker number one assante samuel whiffs on the tackle and all i could think of was him posing earlier in the game....and ernie sims mr loud mouth maniac guy got blown up like i havent seen in a long time on the play...then mother farging juqua parker has the nerve to talk shtein AFTER chris johnson just gets the first down to seal the game....the whole of that entire play spoke volumes about this farging team

still cant believe the lack of dawg and playmaking ability on this front seven...it was amazing watching the steelers and the bears today just going balls oiut attacking the football when a ball carrier has it...while the eagles have to concentrate their hardest to make sure the make a tackle...its night and day

so whos starting the "things more defenseless than nate allen thread"

could the two rookies have been more exposed today...nate allen was next level awful but brandon graham was horrible in his own right

lets talk offensive line...max jean gillies gets cut tommorow...enough with him...dook cant play...andy doesnt need to validate him as a draft pick anymore...hes been on the team long enough

it was just sickening how the interior of the line collapsed on every other play today

oh and jorrick calvin can share a cab with max jean out of novacare tomorrow

calvin should be cut tomorrow.  don't care about his other return, you don't fumble there.

I think a big change in the game happened when the Eagles front on D started to get absolutely stonewalled by the Titans OLine in the 4th quarter.  Collins, as zesty as he is, can still find someone when he has 10 seconds to throw the ball.

reese125

The most ass-backwards impressive thing about this defense is they shut C. Johnson the farg out. A very hard thing to do and probably something that 3/4 of the heads out there thought would never happen..in Tenn no less. Problem was they focused so much on him, they never watched tape on Kenny Britt.

Kerry Collins and his torn tendoned finger beat this team. He looked like shtein all game till the 4th q when the d decided to let up and play zone--and just abandon the blitz. Tenn has one of the most simplistic offenses in the nfl, mostly because they run Johnson 25 times a game. McDermott plays scared defense and its a recipe for losses.

Kolb was generic as hell, and should of been easily been picked 4 times. I think we get all excited when he completes an accurate pass because its been a plague for so long, but truth is a mediocre backup could of made the throws he made today. The wildcat trick play to Cooper was thrown into quadruple coverage.

Dwight Freeney is licking his chops right now.

Tomahawk

How the Titans DB (Hope?) didn't pick the ball off is beyond me? Probably too shocked the ball was thrown to be able to react

Magical_Retard

Is Brent Celek hurt? Concussed? I know Kolb over threw him early in the game but he has been pretty MIA all season.

Homer: Is it BATMAN!!??

I think he read too many of the press clippings saying he was a top level TE.

Catch the ball, Celek.

Don Ho

Yeah, wtf with Celek?  I thought he'd be off the charts by now.  Kolb did miss him a couple of times but I thought he'd be open a lot more as the Titans would be keying on Maclin.

Munson

Vick used to like his TE but that was back when his TE was all he had. I think he loves having the speedy weapons on the outside and kind of forgets about the big lumbering white dude in the middle.

General_Failure

Celek might still be one of the better TEs, and this could be a slump, but even then that makes him less of a playmaker than three, maybe four other guys that could get the ball. Jackson is unquestionably better, Maclin and McCoy have proven to be better, and Avant catches everything thrown his way. With those guys around, I'm not real torn up about Celek.
