Anyone seen a good movie lately?

i was so looking forward to it as well then it got horrible reviews so i skipped it and have heard nothing good about it since

The story line and the premise gave it a lot of potential. But it failed miserably.

Omar was in it though. For like 5 minutes.

I suspect it was very difficult to translate, so they tried to duplicate the book exactly.
And much like Watchmen, the final product left much to be desired.
I have it at home, haven't gotten to it yet.

Just finished watching it.  They actually cut quite a bit out.  As good as you could make it, I guess.
It at least hit all the important emotional cues.  But it was a bit rushed.

I just watched the Kendra video and she is a goddamned nightmare. She randomly bursts out into that awful laugh of hers several times mid-action and doesn't let the dude finish anywhere near her. The video ends with the fat farger holding a handful of his own seed.

I thought The Road was good.  I read the book first and I wasn't disappointed, it's just a hard movie to bring to the big screen.

deceiving title.  nothing to do with cigarettes and ALL about gay love.  dude was a con man though and it was still kinda good.
