Nova came out flat as farg...and it came down to the 3ptrs. NC was draining them and Nova could not sniff one. Hell, NC contested just about every jumper and Nova took a lot of bad shots.

I thought the run outta the half was gonna be where they took over the game, but NC locked the lanes down and d'ed  up big time.

I was shocked to see MSU win...but they deserved it.

Penn State beat MSU at East Lansing this year which means that PSU is basically the best team ever.

Nova got it down to 5 without resorting to gunning the three's, then inexplicably they starting gunning again and missed from everywhere.

Also - I thought UNC played excellent pursuit defense all night.  Great rotation, they attacked the basketball at every turn whereas Nova seemed very sluggish and wasn't attacking on defense at all.

Just a piss poor effort all around on Nova's part.

Oh, and I still wanna murderdeathkill those bitches.

Correct.  If MSU wins the "big" tournament, PSU's win in the NIT will prove they should have been the champs.
