Big John has microfracture surgery on knee, out 4-6 months. He hasn't heard anything from the Eagles yet.

Does this hurt his chances of returning, or will the Eagles now get to offer a low ball contract for the gimp?

Microfracture surgery doesn't equal 4-6 months especially for a 325 pound dude.

He's done as an Eagle.

If Andrews wasn't such a weakminded simpleton I wouldn't be concerned about Runyan leaving. Fact is, though, they can't count on Andrews for anything much less his moving to right tackle and securing the position for the next 5-7 seasons.
