As long as Doug isn't putting on a uniform, who cares?

Butchers Bill

I believe I've passed the age of consciousness and righteous rage
I found that just surviving was a noble fight.
I once believed in causes too,
I had my pointless point of view,
And life went on no matter who was wrong or right.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Zanshin

Great news for the throngs who have Pederson jerseys.

General_Failure

Conspiracy time. Pederson is only here to tutor Kolb for when he takes over in 2010.

I might be stupid for asking this, but I honestly don't remember, is Dougy Fresh a Mormon?

From what I remember, Dougie lacked the physical tools, not the smarts. IIRC when he moved to Cleveland, and the Eagles played them, the Eagles defense got embarassed in a way that has only been done to them by Manning. And it turned out it was Dougie who was pretty much responsible for the whole offensive game plan of the Browns.

Mind you also that it is a general rule (almost a law) that middle of the pack (or below) players usually make fare better coaches than former stand-outs, especially when they have to coach those not of the once-in-a-decade-natural-talent types. A rule that seems to go for any sport.
You have New York, we have Amsterdam
Just 15,000 Dutch beat out 90,000 Americans

With Timmy, one of three things is going to happen. Somebody is going to get hurt - it's either going to be him, an opponent, or one of our players.

Anyone hear on 610 that the birds want to bring back Gruden to be the OC?  I'd do it
