If you want to talk about hypocrites, heres Senator Clinton who now blindly supports Obama.

Interesting that at the end of that debate, Obama says how he can't wait to debate McCain, yet will only do it on his own terms. Hypocrite?

And no were is Obama called a Muslium, so can it.

I'm not saying I'm voting for McCain, but the blind biased undying bleeding heart liberal devotion to Obama around here is sickening.

And what scandal? If anyting, the woman was trying to cover up for her daughter having a kid too young and out of wedlock. Maybe she should have gotten' a abortion.

I for one am uncomfortable with the thought of a president who goes to a racist church, and whose political career was one launched with the help of a known American terrorist whom he continued to have a relationship with sitting on a board of paid directors, and accepted campaign money from. That's plain bad judgment.

Ironically, on 9/11, this is what Ayers had to say of his bombings, which were published in the New York Times.
Quotehttp://''I don't regret setting bombs,'' Bill Ayers said. ''I feel we didn't do enough.''

Old news that bears repeating.

I have some older relatives that are usually democrat that won't vote for Obama because of the church thing. They think he's going to get elected and screw everything up somehow to get even with racist America or something. While I do think it is ludicrous it is something that he has hanging around his neck at the moment.

That's right. It has nothing to do with having to appeal to family values voters after your 16 year-old daughter just got knocked up. I guess they already figured they had the white trash vote and Jamie Lynn Spears vote in the bag.

McCain, Palin, and many others are in my town (O'Fallon, MO) today for some Sunday Stumpin'...  Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee will join the Arizona senator. McCain's wife, Cindy, also plans to attend.

I'm not going.
The drawback to marital longevity is your wife always knows when you're really interested in her and when you're just trying to bury it.

Cindy better watch that Palin slut, or she'll steal the old man just like Cindy stole him from his first wife.

I don't think they're bringing the 16 year old.

This is some of what I get from hearing his speech and reading the transcript. Obama says he will cut taxes for 95 percent of Americans, but doesn't say how. He says he will find ways to safely harness nuclear power, but doesn't say how. He said it's time to protect Social Security for future generations, but he didn't mention his main proposal, which is to add a new Social Security payroll tax to incomes above $250,000 a year. He mentioned abortion, gun rights, gay rights and other  issues without delving into their sticky details. "Passions fly on immigration," Obama said, "but I don't know anyone who benefits when a mother is separated from her infant child or an employer undercuts American wages by hiring illegal workers."

It's all rhetoric, saying anything to get elected. His main strategy seems to tie McCain with Bush so tightly that voters will think they are one in the same. Hey says, "John McCain has voted with George Bush 90 percent of the time," Obama said. "I'm not ready to take a 10 percent chance on change."

The crowd/sheeple all roared and cheered at this. All talk and no substance.

Pretty much ALL convention speeches are all rhetoric and no substance.  Republican, Democrat, doesn't matter.

5. Would you continue state funding for the proposed Knik Arm and Gravina Island (i.e. "bridge to nowhere") bridges?

Yes. I would like to see Alaska's infrastructure projects built sooner rather than later. The window is now--while our congressional delegation is in a strong position to assist.
