most likely bs, dude has had other offers to leave philly and he didnt budge. probably just using this a way to get a little pay increase. id honestly be sad if he left, i hate his guts so much that even as temple has now passed st. blows and is once again the better team (as they should be), the thrill of beating them isnt quite the same. but when frankenstein is there on the sidelines yawning and acting like a petulant child, it never really gets old.

it was two wins and temple IS the a10. there wouldnt be an a10 conference if it wasnt for temple.

xaiver is ten times the program temple is and easily the best program in the conference...stop living in 1988...joe is currently as relevant as temple

xavier has most certainly passed temple, but the joe just made their first tourney without jameer nelson. temple is better than them again, and will be better than them for the foreseeable future.

temple may be better in certain years and in a ten year span they might be better 6 of those years but joe could easily do the same...im not saying temple wont be better im saying as a whole they are equivalent programs

the joe plays in a high school gym and moves big five games to penns gym
temple has 10k seat gym that averaged 7k back when the team was good and will do so again soon enough

the joe had to rely on prep school ballers and random transfers to field a team
temple still gets all the best philly ballers, now will have the last two public league players of the year (ramon moore, who redshirted this year and incoming freshman scootie reynolds)

temple is a bigger national and local draw, has more alumni, more money and is just a better program. the fact that st joe went as far as to turn the fieldhouse into a shrine of the "perfect season" where they lost 2 games speaks for itself. they made the elite eight. temple made 5 of them under chaney. they have a banner for each. thats it. class.
