Sarge definitely follow up with it.  Its fraud, but keep them going and post every communication back and forth.  Another board i frequent kept up with the perp for about a month.  The perp forgot his own name in 2 of the emails and used a different name.

There's a website out there dedicated to messing with these scammers. Trying to find it now. They basically string along the scammers as long as possible.
