I was bored the other night and decided to make a myspace Concretefield group.  Another board i frequent setup one of these, Figured it might be a decent networking tool.   http://groups.myspace.com/concretefield

Am I the only person here that DOESN'T have a myspace account?

Nope.  I also do not have one.

My sisters have been bugging me to get one "so we can keep in touch" now that I'm on the other side of the planet. I keep telling them I can't get one since I'm neither a band or looking to score some high school poonani.

I'm telling you, the site absolutely blows.  It takes forever to load, crashes all the time, etc.

That said, if you're into music it's a requirement.  EVERY unsigned band has a myspace, many of whom offer free downloads from their page.  Without membership, not for you.  Not yours.

So I'm on, but I hate myself for it.

I'm way too cool for a myspace page, and yet I have one. How confusing.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

I'm not what you would consider a myspace person sending out chain mails and all that crap.  Im on there to keep in touch with friends and family. Plus as Dio said, theres a ton of great free music on there.  Its also nice to have bands as friends so you can be updated with tourdates

If I get a chain letter from anyone, I remove them from my list of "friends."  Problem solved.

I don't have one.  And the ones I've seen look like a nightmare.  Zero interest.  Only reason I've visited is to make fun of a friend for the slutty crap his daughter posted.

I'd have no idea how to get back there...but this girl is a train wreck.  It's my friend's stepdaughter, and she's about 20.  She worships Paris Hilton, if that gives you some insight.  And every picture of her on her site has her making this goofy face like she's sucking on lemons.  I think her screen name is "Conceited as farg" or something like that.  It's a absolute train wreck.
