wow...i saw 3 new pages and figured the phils got blasted or Burrell struck out in the clutch, instead im amazed at Pedro going all Kerry Collins and Hamels figuring it out.  I know the mets have alot less to play for but this cant make they feel confident.

Randy Miller says the Phils want to upgrade the offense at 3B but they don't see anything available worth getting.  They don't want Aaron Boone or Joe Randa...

I find it utterly impossible believe that they want to upgrade anything.

Somehow they're still drawing 35-40K at the Bank and they've lowered their payroll expenditures by tens of millions.

That's all they give a shtein about.  Keep 'em flowing through the turnstiles and buying those Phanatic dolls!

and probably will be this offseason too, there's a chance that Amaris Ramierez will opt out of his contract.  he'd automatically become the top 3b free agent and that's not good.
