Welcome, BP. I've seen you over on PhilaPhans.

My first reaction to reading this on Sunday was "good". Freak needs to get to the QB. And if being an even more ripped than before 245-250 helps him, it helps the team. They need him to kill QBs.

Strahan played last season at 255 after years of being 270ish. He said it helped him a ton to be lighter.

Freeney is listed at 268 but I would bet on him being in the 255 range.

Robert Mathis is 235 and he is just a PR specialist, but he can anchor down when needed.

John Abraham is listed at 258.

you're nobody if you haven't had posts deleted. someone complained that something I said wasn't nice a while ago, and so it was deleted. the whiner is a nancy and so is Big Brother for appeasing him, but so what. it's their board. they can delete whatever they want.
