Would you make a trade for Duckett

I'd go with a fourth. I think in this draft, their is too much value in the thrid round. There are a lot of decent big backs in the draft that will be around on the second day. Besides, whoever it is won't get more than about ten touches a game. I'  be pretty stoked if they brought in Duckett with a fourth....but they will probably wait for him to be cut or something...then wait for his prices to drop.... then watch when he signs elsewhere for a reasonable price.

Like I mentioned in the EMB thread, as much as I would trade for him would he be receptive to coming here? He is bitching about his carries in ATL and they run a lot more than the Eagles do. So how would he react to being the 3rd back in a rotation and have to cover kicks?

He would not be the 3rd option if brought in.  He would be a definite #2.

I can't imagine him not being the 2nd option.  If they could get him for a 4th or 5th they should do it.

Frankly, if Duckett was brought in he should immediately become the starter. Give him 12-16 carries a game and give Westbrook 7-11 carries and whatever passes he catches. And yes, I'm basically saying F Moats. Use him once Westbrook gets hurt.

So Eskin is again reporting the Eagles are interested in Duckett. I'd be willing to part with either a 3rd or 4th for him, aside from White there aren't any big backs in this draft with his talent.
Mike Bell and Gerald Riggs are pretty good...I'd prefer Bell over White because he'd take a 4th rounder and be used the same amount.

Given my fantasy word druthers they'd each get more carries, too, but I didn't want to get crucified for suggesting that Westbrook shouldn't start only to further infuriate the masses by throwing out a number of carries that will never ever happen.

It would be so hard to have them both on the field at the same time. Yeah, this isn't going to work, just forget the whole thing.

That will never happen, they won't give up 4th rd pick for Moulds why would they do it for an un-proven barely tested Ffatt-Back? Sure he has upside possibility, (I like him as a player) but you know the FO would never do that. They'll probably just get beef-roids for Parry and call him poor man's Duckett, and line him up next to our poor man's Faulk.

Well, Lendale White is hurtin and wouldn't even run a 40 at the USC pro day.  He barely threw up 15 on the bench.  So...he may drop.

i read that too, and the fact that no one has a 40 time on him makes me not love him as much.  apparently he's really soft right now, and knowing that he's the only "big" back in the top of the draft, he's just cruising by like an idiot without trying to prove anything, because he feels like he doesn't have to.  i'm falling off the lendale bandwagon.  get duckett and then grab bunkley in the draft.

Because Moulds is ancient and wants out of Buffalo. Duckett is only 25 and hasn't caused the sort of 'get me out of here now' animosity that Moulds has. A 3rd or 4th would be a steal for Duckett if he'd be willing to be part of the 3 headed monster and he'd sign a new deal.
