My only hope is Denver gets nervous that Dallas wants him, so they say look, we'll give you Rod Smith for TO and let's get this thing done.

Or another team besides Denver does the same.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Nobody's trading for him. There were ten billion receivers available, and the teams that really wanted one got one. Any team that wants Owens will want him on their own terms.

Tru Dat. No team is going to want to incur the cost of his contract. I'm guessing he's signed to a single year incentive laden deal, mostly because he's a jackass.

Too bad he can't grow up, because he's a darn good receiver.  Anyone the Eagles can get will be a downgrade from him, and if the team doesn't get anyone to "replace" him, then...  :boom

Bullshtein. You can't lose what you didn't have last year. On the field, it would be a downgrade, but in the whole picture, no matter WHO they get, will be a huge upgrade.

The word down this away is the Cowboys are not going to resign Johnson and possibly take TO.  If so, do you think Meshawn would be a good pick-up?
