That doesn't make sense - this is the exact opposite of the situation that brought TO here in the first place: there is a special exception in TO's contract that favors the team - one they put in for this exact situation.  The owners need the Eagles to fight this or the concept of multi-year contracts is over.  The only reason the Eagles would consider not going after the signing bonus would be to get TO out of the press.

I will give TO this...he looked serious today. Unlike the "apology" on Friday. But now he realizes that they took his job away from him.

Why the hell is Rosenhaus still hanging around? It costs him dough to fly in for this crap. He is not making a dime off the existing contract. His market value is now zero. What's in it for Drew? I really can't figure it.
