part of it is the contract. not his fault but segura is a plug and play type of player. he should be on a 1 year deal filling a hole somewhere. hes not a foundational piece who gets the 4-5 year deal, which is what he got.

if segura is hitting 7th or something and off the books next year i dont complain. but its going to be 4 years of them needing him to hit atop the order and produce and he aint it
