I appreciate everything President Trump has done for our country, but in the end he let us down.. communist China is now in control of our country.
After watching the absolute theft of the elections and then watching with my own eyes what unfolded yesterday in Washington DC, I'm absolutely disgusted with the politicians that have ruined our country. I trust no one.. To the people that think I'm a quitter, think what you might. I'm calling it as I see it.. I will NEVER quit on our country. I will do whatever I can to fight to regain control of our nation. This is not over.. unfortunately the battle will now be more bloodier, more violent then it needed to be... The U.S. Capitol Police said in a statement that Officer Brian D. Sicknick was injured "while physically engaging with protesters" during the Wednesday riot. He is the fifth person to die because of the melee.

That is blood directly on the hands of the former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund.

there are going to many many capital police who lose their jobs once the video evidence is studied.  definitely an inside job.

I've been in that complex many times and there is more security on a random Tuesday morning than were there that day.

they could have done some real damage, and they will never, ever get the close again.  there will 100% be small militia type or lone wolf attacks on people but never anything with this amount of backing.

so many wild rumors in my head - from them being allowed in there just to give the idiots in "win" in their heads in hope that maybe they'll settle down. but that's obviously a stretch.  likely answer just comes down to plain old incompetence on the Capitol Police.  what may have been swept under the rug will all come out now that one of their people died.

Miller - speaking a day before violent Trump supporters stormed the Capitol - read from prepared remarks, urging the need to appeal to young people in politics.

I hope so. After 4 years of corruption under Trump who knows how much of this police set up was with malice of forethought and how much could just be from plain old laziness. I'd like to believe Hanlon's razor here, that it was just plain old incompetence, but I really doubt it.

Yep I agree - now that one of their own died the investigation should uncover some of the inside job stuff. We hope at least.

What if they had some seriously bad dudes in the mix who would have no issue going full blown murder on them? Well then there is no one to succeed Trump. Pure chaos.

I typically lean towards most people being lazy and dumb, but the fact that some unarmed protestors could siege the capitol is just mind blowing.  trump clearing out the pentagon two weeks ago and therefore DC national guard not being on the scene can not be a coincidence.

impeachment is happening, question is can they get to 60 to convict. im not feeling great there.

there is a thing going around that if he is convicted he cannot be sworn in again. this is...not exactly true. basically he cant but congress can do it anyway. so really depends how the house and senate look in 2024. i dont think its enough to stop him from running again and from the party bowing down to him again.
