I'm in the very western edge of FL-25.  It's the least gerrymandered-looking gerrymandered district, because it includes about 100 miles of unpopulated swamp and native reservations between our slice of populated area and the small eastern box of Miami-Dade County that dominates the district.  The rednecks in my woods help make the district lean Republican (R+4). My representative is Mario Diaz-Balart, whose current claim to fame is that he was the first MoC to test positive for COVID.

It's actually better than the rest of SW Florida, which lies in the 19th district.  (R+13)

Basically, Collier County is full of rich (or wannabe rich) whites, rednecks, and a liberal sprinkling of Latinx (about 25%).  Very few African-Americans - and at least half of the black population is of Hatian descent, which has a very different culture and somewhat different voting patterns (20% of Hatian-Americans voted for Trump in 2016).  In 2016, Collier voted 62% for Trump. 

But, hey, we have beaches.  And hurricanes.
