i have verizon but thing i dont like about that is that you still have to drive it to the ups store....id rather just throw the shtein in the back of my car and drop off at comcast and not have to deal with packing it all up in boxes

I'm pretty sure you can call for a pickup. I'm fortunate that I have a Verizon store literally around the corner from my house, next to my favorite Pizza place. So, I usually just drop stuff off there as an excuse to get some pizza.

So I sign up with comcast at a set price, they send me a letter saying they accidentally gave me a dvr box and my bills going up $10 a month. I don't use the dvr for shtein and just figured it was part of their service. So I called and told the lady to have a tech stop by to pick it up and install my new box. Nope, I have to take time out to take it back. Yeah I'm a whiney bitch but now I see why they have such a bad customer service reputation.

be happy you have comcast and there's 200 stores within a mile of you. fios you have to bring any hardware returns to franklin mills.

Had a nice chat yesterday with a data system contractor on our job about Comcast.  55 year old white dude, 2ND amendment tshirt, etc.  He explained how one off his filthy rich clients is getting farged by Comcast just like every one else.  Fios not available yet even to rich dude.  Yay capitalism.

I called out today because I was too hungover to work. Cute fios girl comes to my door. So I let her in of course. Making the switch. I'm only 3 months into my Comcast contract but I've had nothing but trouble with them. Not only is my bill going to be cheaper it'll never go up. Comcast's bill was set to go up $25 after year one. Plus I'm getting all the premium channels (I have none now, I use other peoples passwords and watch hbo/showtime etc. from my iphone). They're buying me out of my Comcast contract too. Seems like a win all around. Cute fios girl gave me her digits too. Love half asian/half white girls.

Franklin Mills is closer to me than the nearest comcast store.
