The order of likelihood is Reed, Polamalu, Dawkins, but I do think Dawk has a chance to make it, and a better shot than any other iconic 21st century Philly professional sports player not named Allen Iverson.

No chance at a first ballot but my feeling is eventually he goes in.

reed and polamalu played at a level that dawk never did...both won nfl defensive player of the year awards...both won superbowls both made more first team all pro more times both had equal or better numbbers than dawk....and they did it in far fewer games....and that's the real difference....dawk was a wonderful player for a long time...the other two were at a HOF level for a shorter period of time

I mean its sick to think polamalu played 80 less games than dawk...a friggin full five seasons and still has a better resume...reed 52 less games

they also were doing this in a time when the afc was mostly dominant....dawk was doing it against quincy carter and gus frerotte...this is to take nothing away from the greatness of dawk but he just never got to a place the other two did

I think if Dawk gets in it'll be mostly because the NFL fraternity loves Dawk, nothing to do with stats. Other players love him, the writers love him, fans from other teams love him, Philly worships him.

If he was an icehole he wouldn't sniff the Hall.
