He's a good dude...last time I hung with him was at the Mmrbq last year...but he's awful on the radio. They got rid of his producer Vassoloti too but he also works downstairs at WMMR. They're actively looking for someone to pair up with Mayes for the afternoons.

is rob ellis a possibility?

that would be the best show in philly radio....2 straight up sports guys with no shticks and no ego. well, as little a ego as is possible in that industry.

Putting aesthetics aside, it seems worse even from a practical standpoint. On a desktop anyway, it feels like the total number of links I can access without scrolling or selecting a dropdown menu is significantly smaller. It used to be that I would pop onto the site throughout the day and usually find some new link interesting every time I was there. Now I'm finding myself not seeing anything I want to click on most of the time when I visit the site.

I can't even see the FiveThirtyEight shtein without scrolling, and this is on a 27" monitor.

I agree about ESPN.  Holy shtein it's horrible.  What's amazing is the site was terrible before, yet somehow they've doubled down on the awful and made it even worse.   Good work, Feva!

There's not really much to tell, Gargano/Marks are doing the morning show. From what I understand they're keeping their affiliation with ESPN (or trying to), Brace was fired. They're looking for a mid day guy to team up with Mayes. Kayal went to Sirius.

I didn't read his tweets but it's probably Innes being an attention whore. His schtick is manufactured controversy and his whole war with CB or the fanatic or whatever is farging lame. Nobody gives two shteins about him. He's such a bitch. Someone told me he likes Nickelback too.

For him to have a twitter meltdown with a blogger and to be so preoccupied with Missinelli is small time shtein. That's what you do when you're in Little Rock or Lake Charles Louisiana....not Philadelphia. You want to ingratiate yourself to a top sports city - put out good shows and good content.
