I get that...what makes me angry is that he was eligible for the death penalty the whole trial

But everyone loves mentioning vengeance

When you have such utter disregard for human life with overwhelming evidence that you committed the crime you shouldn't be spared. Boo hoo the state kills citizens, don't cowardly bomb crowds. I'm not 100% for capital punishment but in this case there's not a harsh enough penalty they can lay down. If it were up to me he'd be tortured first.

Was just reading the obit for hock and saw that he wrote for the Brownsville herald early in his career
