jimmy g is certainly not anything special but he is a competent qb that will not cost them much if any assets. he can give you more competency than hurts while still leaving room to grab someone in the 2023 draft.

Not sure if youve watched much Jimmy G but I'd go Hurts/Minshew before him. He misses more wide open receivers than Hurts.

im not advocating for garropolo  but his career completion % is TEN points higher than hurts....and thats with being able to go down the field with the ball and not being a running threat...hurts is indescribably bad and much worse than jg

Hurts is never winning a super bowl with his arm but his rpo isn't horrible...he's Cam Newtonish running and throwing the ball. The niners are one of the most run heavy teams in the league...Jimmy G just needs to be a game manager, he has no arm and I've never seen a qb miss more open receivers live.
