But seriously, with gyms closed across the country you'd hope these guys would have descent home gyms or workout equipment.  If not, planking and core workouts do wonders.  Since my hip replacement a year ago the days I do my stretching and core workout, no weights involved, it kicks my ass. I feel like I got such a better workout than the days I work with weights (I don't lift a lot of heavy weight because I don't give a shtein about bench press personal bests and at my age.............) Understand though that these guys are 300+ lbs super humans and benching 400 lbs. is their livelihood.
