Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

The pearl clutching over Neris' pitch count cracks me up. He threw 40 pitches. His arm isn't going to disintegrate for fargs sake.

a 40 pitch save is a farging lot for any era or it's just a Vince Velasquez inning

out of curiosity i looked up 1993 mitch and he didnt throw more than 31 in any outing...so if a pitcher with no control in an era without pitch count doesnt touch 40. yes, thats a lot.

point being is regardless he should be able to throw 40-50 pitches. He's an adult who has pitched for years. This ain't some high school game.
