NFC Championship - Vikings: So This Is Happening

Normally I would never root for the Patriots to win this AFC game and would find it hilarious if the Jags beat them, but the possibility of losing the Super Bowl to Bortles (and that terrible bland city where the Eagles lost the last SB) must be avoided at all costs. It would even cheapen a win, although please believe it would still be the greatest sports fan moment of my life.

But let's do this the right way. If the Eagles make it through, I want them to beat the GOAT or lose to him.

Not overlooking the Vikings, who are better than the Eagles, but unfortunately the AFC game comes first and I need to know where I stand.

Agree with this. I had this thought in my head the Birds would beat the Pats in the SB with Wentz and it would be a passing the torch moment with Brady.

I'll appreciate a Sb regardless of how or who it's won against. It all starts today. 🦅🦅🦅🦅

This will be a game like last week. FGs and defense. Hope the moment isn't too big for Elliot bc the Vikes kicker has been shaky lately. Big time advantage Eagles if Elliot is on.

It's said every game but I think it's true for this game more than ever...getting a lead will be absolutely crucial.  Put Keenum in a position where he needs to throw from behind, on the road, and they win.  Same can be said for the Vikings and Foles. 

Eagles D is much better home than on the road.  Vikings D is a bit worse on the road.

If Wentz were playing, I'd be torn up with excitement.  Without him, I'm pretty much resigned to defeat.  To be fair, I felt the same way last week as well.

The Eagles' defense is legit.  And they have to play at their best to win this game.  I think it will be close, but have little faith in Foles pulling it out at the end.  And Ajayi seems to have a bad case of butter hands.  One turnover will prove to be fatal.

Minnesota absolutely lucked into this game.  Brees scares me.  Case Keenum doesn't.  Their defense is good but so are the Birds in that regard.
