all you heard all week was you can throw on the Giants but you can't run on them.  demarco had a good game with 100 yards and a TD.  but i don't want to quibble about the oline so i'll agree they played ok instead of good.  my overall point still stands.

Carlos Hyde ran for 93 yards and a TD and the Giants were at home. You can run on them, teams just don't because they can throw all over them.

They didn't look good. There were positives, but they didn't look good. Defense was a bright spot, obviously. But the QB and the receivers have been comical.

Really, my gut feeling on the game isn't even about the Eagles. I'm just tired of watching incompetent football that's monumentally slowed down by incompetent officiating. The product just hasn't been fun this year, at least to me.

I agree that the defense was excellent and there were spots on offense to be happy with.  It's not all doom and gloom.  But when the most important player on the team isn't improving and he's throwing to hot garbage it's not great.   

It is definitely better to be looking forward to next week though than the opposite, so I'll take it after a 1-3 start.
