SB 95 traffic sucked something major. Just getting here.

It took you three hours to get to South Philly?

Did you ride your skateboard down 95?

Haaa, no I went home first, left the house at 1:50. Usually a 15min ride to the stadium.

If guns kill people then spoons made Rosie O'Donnel a fatass.

:-D @ all you terrible fans

last night looked like one of last season's victories with foles at qb...bailed out by the def.  but foles is awesome and bradford should be benched for buttfumble.

dumb fans.

Where did anyone say Foles is awesome?

not so much in the past couple weeks...but before that, everywhere.

none of these bums are the answer at qb.
lemonade was a popular drink and it still is

Another game that highlighted why it's tough to care about this season. Sure, they won. But it wasn't about who played better, it was about who played worse. The quality of play (and officiating) in the NFL is at a modern-day all-time low, I think. Painful and frustrating to watch, and it makes me not care all that much, because they look like they could lose to any loser squad on any given day. Half the time, it looks like they don't have any idea what they're doing.

edit: I'll be fair and say that the front seven looked legitimately good after that first train wreck of a series, and Hicks has stepped up. I'm pretty sick of Maxwell and his stupid ever-present goofy grin already, though.

SD

Exactly^^^^

Thd NFL is a total slopfest. Reminds me of the NBA 10-15 years ago where there were a few elite teams and officiating had way too much influence on the game. To the NBA's credit they've gotten a bit better with calling fouls but the current NFL is horrible.

If I have to look at Sam Bradford's stupid face one more time after an interception I'm gonna choke my dog to death with my bare hands and throw her lifeless carcass through the television.

farg that guy.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

Sad part is this is the best defense they've had in a long time.   You piece together a semi competent QB with the skill players Kelly ousted in Maclin and Jackson and you may legit have a contender.

Instead you're going to get god awful offense and a tortured defense leading to 8-8 or 9-7.  Feels like a warped version of Kotite's post Buddy teams.

everyone should definitely complain more about blowing out a division rival

A win is a win. But they looked like shtein for large stretches, and in ways that make them look like clueless clowns. Hard to get jazzed up about their prospects looking at that. A complete game would be nice.

That's because we've all seen this movie before and know how it ends.
The Eagles don't win the Superbowl
SunMo

they didn't "look like shtein for large stretches", the quarterback didn't play well.  the oline played well, the running backs got going, the defense played really well.  you are letting your negative thoughts on Bradford cloud the overall performance.

and bradford played like shtein, and i am disappointed by that.  but with 3 turnovers and other bad throws they still scored 27 points.  are they winning the super bowl?  of course not, but i'll take improvement from the start of the season to the end.

The line played ok, I wouldn't say well. Kelce's head is somewhere else, not sure where exactly but my guess is he's on heroin...and Tobin was dominated by a fullback. The Giants D line is laughable, they have Cullen Jenkins and a fullback starting at DT.

SunMo

all you heard all week was you can throw on the Giants but you can't run on them.  demarco had a good game with 100 yards and a TD.  but i don't want to quibble about the oline so i'll agree they played ok instead of good.  my overall point still stands.

Ahem just for the record - Whitlock* was an excellent DT in college.  He converted to FB this year because a 250 pound 5'11 DT doesn't work in the NFL.   So it's not exactly like Thomas Tapeh was doing it.
