as Ive been saying for years it makes it really hard to watch and enjoy the game when you have to wait for five seconds after every play before getting excited

it used to be on long touchdowns you were begging "no flags no flags"....now its after every play

reviewing it means they have to also review calls they missed....the nfl wants to keep games at 3 hours because of timeslot commitments (college, again, doesnt have this concern, thus the absurd length of games). i dont see them ever doing this. the 1 thing i really want to see is 15 yard max for DPI.

games this year are actually up time wise, so id expect the league letting this go a little bit to bring that down

though if you remember last year the reffing was pretty good in the playoffs (save for the dallas flag pick up) and the games were very good, so when it boils down to it, they let them go when the games really count

If he EAgles weren't in the league I wouldnt watch anymore, so I am definitely in the camp where the NFL sucks. Outside of Eagles games, I've probably watched a total of 2 quarters the rest of the league this year

I kind of feel compelled to say I don't give a great many fargs about opinions about my position. It's correct that it's been a slow erosion, but there's a point that erosion cumulates into something too evident to overlook. That point may be different for different people. For me, the that happened this season.
