guatemala is the dirtiest team in the tournament.  mexico's players should try out for their olympic diving team, however.  what a disgrace.

other than the flopping and diving, it was an entertaining match.  the mexican coach is fun to watch no matter what's going on game-wise.

finished the AI book....outside of the author mistaking raja bell for vernon maxwell a few times and getting some info backwards about allen's injury in the 2001 ecf, it was sensational.

here are some indisputable facts
-AI is a violent drunk who beat his woman and peed on the floor in front of his kids
-AI is a child who never bothered or was forced to grow up
-AI is loyal to everyone and anyone who was and is there for him
-AI is trustworthy, to a fault
-AI was very lazy and irresponsible with his body, and got by for about 10 years because of his disgusting genes and athletic ability. i realize its a racist stereotype, but its true. he never took care of himself and figured he could continue showing up 10 minutes before tipoff and rip off 50 points in his 30's. that and him being a drama queen POS is why his career cratered so much.
-Ann farged him up real good. she had him make drug runs when he was a teenager. she threw ragers when he was a kid. his upbringing was chaotic and unfit for any child.

ultimately he is a sad, lonely man incapable of happiness. just last year he blew off his own summer camp to drink alone at a pf changs. more than anything, i feel very, very sorry for him. he is really not someone worthy of your praise. he is beneath you.
