A small committee of owners voted 5-1 for the Raiders-Chargers project (and the one was Clark Hunt, who has obvious reasons to move the Rams). Looks like the rest of the league is going for Jerry Jones' proposal (which I think is the right one, since Kroenke has kinda poisoned the well in St. Louis and has the money to make an LA franchise and privately funded stadium work).

The Chargers were always going to be one of the teams that moved, since the LA teams were going to horn in on their territory. Three SoCal teams was not gonna work. Plus San Diego as a metro area isn't growing like it was in the 50s-80s... population growth in the 21st century there is essentially the same as in Boston. With no light at the end of the tunnel for them in San Diego, they have to move.
