I think you have to be in a select area that is traditionally unable to get satellite television (apartment complex, universities, etc.).  I think it's the same rules that govern getting ST on the computer.  I tried - even called Direct trying to get someone to take my money, but no luck.  DirecTV claimed that it's an FCC thing.

not sure if I should post this because its prasing an opponents stadium but here we go anyway.....

The Cards weren't very good for much of their 18-year residence at old Sun Devil Stadium, and their fans certainly weren't known for disturbing the peace. But that's changed since they moved into their retractable-roof venue in 2006. Since then, more false starts have been called there than any other NFL venue, including CenturyLink Field in Seattle.

He's no were near the qb he was last year, I feel he'll eventually settle down some were in the middle of his play from last year and starting out this year. No way he's as good as he showed last year, no one is, but I do firmly believe he's better than he's played so far this year. I'm just glad his teams record hasn't suffered from his turn around. I think this year he's trying too hard and is getting a dose of the sophomore jinx. The injuries on his line hasn't helped either. I think he'll play better from here on out as will Shady.
