I am not comparing them as players...just the fact of having to deal with them going to division rivals.

Jimmy leaving period will be a terrible day (cue lil guy's response....) but to go to the Mets? NO

Elvis Araujo was a minor league free agent. 

Ruben Amaro just signed him to a major league contract.

6'6", 23 years old, supposedly throwing 97 this winter in Venezuela.

Highest level he's reached is AA (18 games last year).  He does have options remaining, but he's on the 40 man roster.

its a good move. they have a 3-5 year period to make these low risk/high reward type moves. their 40 man is horrible and devoid of talent, so what the hell.

King says Choke is being sued by his mom, dad and twin brother because he cut them out of the family "corporation" that handles all finances when he married the Eagle cheerleader.  He also says the Phils will buy Choke out completely and let him walk for nothing if they can't find a taker
