Scherzer's the only FA I'd want but he makes no sense for these guys right now.  It's just an extra $13 to use on a better bench, another SP, another OF, whatever, instead of wasting it on AJ who sucked and had no interest in staying here

bryant and almora

im all about bats. bryant is a beast and may not be good enough for 3B. you have a pretty decent dude set for third now and a giant hole at 1B. it makes way, way too much sense. plus hes just about ML ready.

almora would need to go to reading or lehigh, but good centerfielders are very difficult to find on the open market. top line pitching and corner outfielders can be had. so id need to have him.
