Chip loves those have more than one position guys. Only reason Brad Smith is still on the roster, he can play WR/RB/QB/ST/KR and probably a few other positions if need be.

Except Williams is terrible at special teams and pretty terrible as a CB, for that matter. He's a project signed solely because of his physical abilities. He can also actually be useful in a practice role when the Eagles are practicing to face fast players.
