I am not sure but I think that even though Goodell said 6 games on domestic violence that falls under the personal conduct policy and that is open to adjustment on a case by case basis. The PCP is not collectively bargained so what Goodell says goes. Sure the union could fight it but throwing support behind AD in this case? Bad bad PR move.

Also - AD has been charged with injury to a child and there are a couple different ways that can go. if it is a state jail felony then he will likely get sentenced to 6mo-2yr (state jail max is 2yrs). If he is in the upper class felony then he is looking at penitentiary time

So yeah...he's done if found guilty. And the evidence is pretty overwhelming.

His lawyer admits that he did it. They have texts saying he did it in his own words. They have pics.

The only legal thread, I think, his lawyer (Rusty Hardin - well known and top dollar obviously) has is that the first grand jury no billed it and then it was re-submitted.

im not saying i agree with it but hes gonna get way less than you think because hes arguing that he was just punishing his child in the same manner as he was punished by his father....to me that screams counseling way more than ray rice who only got counseling

and i actually believe that ad was just doing what his father did to him....similar to how mike vick thought nothing of dog fighting because that was a culture he grew up in or around...i dont think ad is a child abuser in the same way i believe ray rice is a women beater

No doubt...you're right. In his interview with the cops he mentioned a bunch how that is what he knows and that is what was done to him.

But I wonder how much weight that carries?

Will he go for a plea? If it gets to a jury then I think he will not get off
