i just dont see howie signing him...if you look at his strategy last year and all the in house signings this year i dont see him signing the top player at his position in free agency...i think hed rather go after three or four 3-5 million dollar guys than one 8-9 mil guy....i think hes still gun shy from the failed spending frenzy of a few years ago
