I don't get how people can say he doesn't fit Chip's offense. People have seen Chip Kelly's NFL offense? Or has everyone been assuming he would simply import the Oregon offense, which he and everyone else involved with the team has been 100% denying from Day 1? If the latter really was his plan, it would have been a disaster and I would have been vocally opposed to his hiring from the start.

Also, another good point he brought up, if chip Kelly's offense doesn't work, at least he has a pro style QB in Barkley to fall back on.

That being said, this is the end for Mr Foles.

I don't see why that is necessarily the case at all. If Foles outplays Barkley (and weirder things have happened), he could be with the team for a while.

I do think that this indicates that Vick will be with the team for a maximum of one year, which isn't surprising news.

while he hasnt put the playbook on his facebook page hes said numerous times he wants/likes a mobile QB...that doesnt mean hes going to run the same offense in the nfl but its a pretty big hint that he might or at least might run something similar...add in the fact that hes getting all these h back split te types and that hints even more at the oregon offense

this is precisely why the barkley pick is incredibly curious

its pretty clear if you watched oregon under chip kelly that arm strength is not needed in his offense...its not vertical at all....but combine no arm strength with no mobility and it makes you think hes going to run a stereotypical WCO
