First time in over a decade I couldn't care less about the outcome of an Eagles/Cowboys game.  I guess I still want the Eagles to beat them, because farg the Cowboys to Hell, but still, it's probably better if they lose.

I'm having an early Xmas with my Nana tonight since I'll be in Kansas for the holiday.  Game will be on, but it'll probably just be background noise.  I'm sure I'll take a glance at the tv every now and then but that's about it.

a colleague is leaving...what am i supposed to do. if the eagles are a legit team then obviously its a different story. but since thats not the case, i guess life might just get in the way of sports again. OHMAGOD

you didnt say that....you said you didnt care that you were missing it...not everyone sees every game (cept me) but if you dont care that you arent seeing it then you are a terrible person and not a fan

Plus it's a win-win game. Either one game closer to a good draft position and a full cleaning of the Eagles house, or driving a spike through any remaining ridiculous Cowboys playoff talk. Plus due to all the injuries it's another chance to see if the young guys on the team are worth keeping around through the purge.

everyone obviously wishes they were good but theres something to be said for games where the result doesnt matter...no nerves getting racked...remotes are safe...

and yes i love watching the young guys development...or lack thereof
