It's the managers job to lead and motivate those players. Maybe they're not a playoff team but there's enough talent to be .500. Uncle Cholly is just as at fault as RAJ is. Sure it's easy to not hate on Cholly because he's one of the good ole boys while RAJ is a smug assface but they deserve equal blame.

They were 28-25 at one point until the bullpen went even further into the shteinter (along with some of the SPs).

Charlie doesn't deserve as much heat as Amaro. He didn't assemble the team or decide who to call up. He uses which future pizza deliverymen he's given.

this couldnt possibly be further from the truth....he basically hasnt stopped talking since he came into the league...when the phillies couldnt get over the hump (far from being front runners) it was his talking that won them the world series

plus as romey pointed out he wasnt not talking yesterday...he was telling the press not to bother talking to victorino
