1. Why is everyone complaining? There was a better than 50% chance this would happen, mostly because it's the Eagles and I'm sure that Eagles phonetically sounds like the word letdown in some random language.

probably the longest I was fired up after any penalty call. you knew it would be the diff in the game and it was.

other notes:

-eagles d was horrendous last night proving that the Dallas game was an aberration. they go against any above avg running back with a big o-line they are farged.  oh- and earl bennett? holy christ.
-I still dont understand why receivers couldnt get open against the bears who havent really been able to cover shtein all year--or vick sucked that bad. no matter if the bears were disguising coverage or not, vick had all night to throw. same thing with cutler---all night to throw--difference is he found his open receivers.
-didnt understand the nonchalant time out with 4:03 to go, but I guess thats to be expected from Andy
--the refs made me sick last night.

Rodgers-Cromartie ought to be cut for the way he gave up on a play that Earl Bennett made.  He literally just gave up after Bennett made the catch, just let him go.  WTF that was, I don't know.

DeSean played like trash.  His Todd Pinkston impression on that one pass across the middle infuriated me.

If the best pressure the Eagles D can apply to the QB comes from Brandon McDougle, you know the team is farged.

I liked the fake punt call.  It would have worked, if only...

The refs should get some kind of professional demerit for the roughing the passer call on Babin.  How you could miss that he was shoved into Cutler, I don't understand.

Without Vick and Shady, this offense is no better than the taterskins offense. 

How many tackles did Coleman have, as a percentage of total Eagles tackles?  It felt like 75%.

assy was not great last night. none of the CBs were.

also, is that the 3rd or 4th game that ended with the ball in maclin's hands. granted it wasn't a perfect throw but great receivers don't lose their balance with the game on the line.
