Agree. He basically caught it with 1 hand it was so high.

He was wide open and Vick choked again.

Diomedes

Choked again?  Come on.  Vick is not the problem here.

You're proud of his performance last night?

He had all night to throw and couldn't do shtein of significance-like I don't know thow a td pass. Don't tell me the WR's weren't open when he's sitting back there in the pocket for 5 plus seconds.

He was erratic the whole last drive and prob should have been picked 3 times in the game. He's not the only to blame but a big part.

Diomedes

That game is on Reid, the atrocious D, and the receivers, not Vick.  He played well enough to win if the rest of the team didn't shtein the bed.

Whaat? Im glad your pumped about 218 yards passing and an horrendous int to boot to give him praise. Up your standards Dio.

You can blame everyone for the loss, and no question including your boy Vick.

charlie

I dont see how anyone can say that Vick played well enough to win last night. He was indecisive and erratic... with ANOTHER red zone int.

yeah vick was terrible last night....inconsistentcy is what you will consistely get from him...he will have a dallas game and look mvpish then the next week hes gonna have a game like last night....this is what you get from the most talented 5-10 running side arm throwing qb ever

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

Munson

Last night might be the first loss of the season where I don't have the coaches in the top 3 of blame. Vick, the WR's, and the Secondary/Dline....yeah teh LB's weren't that great either but they're not expected to be at this point, the Dline and corners are.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Why isn't the punter taking 100% full responsibility for the loss last night?

Bears have a great running game, Eagles have a a terrible run defense.
Just like many of you predicted, Juany and Reid used two wins as an excuse to revert back to their ridiculous tendencies: Wiiiide-9, zone-d, and over-reliance on the pass.
The Bears are a good but not great team that match up well with the Eagles and they beat us by 1 score. Not really that surprising.
Next up, Kolbless Cards. That should be a nice little uptick on the rollercoaster before we play @ the Giants and against the Patriots.

when you run a desperation fake punt that relies on your punter to win a game with his arm you probbaly have much bigger issues.....and the eagles do

Come on Munson.. the coaches are one again sitting atop as the main cause for the Eagles loss.  The wide 9 made its return in its widest form yet.  Juan Castillo insisted on running zones, and when he didn't, he continually placed DRC on the one receiver on Chicago that can actually hold unto the ball.  Andy Reid ran the ball 16 farging times and called a ridiculous fake punt instead of just keeping his highly explosive offense on the field.  That was a worse throw than Ronnie Brown's goalline one.

Munson

Outside of a couple plays where they ran wide 9 when they shouldn't have, I didn't see much wrong with the defensive game plan. They have (supposedly) good corners who should be able to man up guys, and they weren't. I don't blame Juan castillo for the fact taht DRC completely gave up and Nnamdi thought it would be good to put his hand on guys 25 yards down the field.

The fake punt was a good call that should have worked. The rushing is the only part I agree with you on. That being said, the passes being called were leaving Vick well protected and getting WR's open....Vick was just missing them on bad throws or not seeing them altogether.

I love that Henry led his high school to the state championships as a qb. Ha.

Munson

Hah, forreal. They even said he was "recruit-able" as a QB out of HS....wtf man? Just because you're a punter doesn't mean you have to forget how to throw the damn ball. Colt Anderson would still be running.
