Andy Reid just told reporters that Michael Vick will be the starting quarterback for the rest of the season and that he played one of his better games against the Falcons. You think this is the right move?

The good thing is that whatever Reid says regarding the situation means dick. If Vick sucks it up for the next few weeks, we'll see Foles.

So assuming Reid is finally canned, what type of coach should replace him? I like the idea of talking to Chip Kelly, but I would really like to see a defensive minded coach get the nod.

Pretty much the popular consensus.  At this point who cares, implode this thing as soon as humanly possible.

yeah i dont care whether its an offensive or defensive guy....just make it the right guy....but the key to a reid firing is that howie goes as well....they need real football people at the head of PP or it doesnt matter who the coach is

1. hire the best possible president of football operations you can find (not a president of salary cap operations)

2. revamp and fill out the player personel side of things with his people

3. hire coach

4. coach fills out his staff

5. pray

I can't believe how far this organization has fallen.  Howie is awful with no one in line to replace him.  Andy and his entire staff is atrocious.  We have no QB of the future and the crop that is coming out this year looks weak to me.  Even as a fan, I am just going through the motions without any real expectation of success.  I think with Lurie losing his wife and Reid losing his son, this organization is entering the Browns/Cards/Bills zone.
