You're farging crazy Todd.

Martinez is a 28yr old minor leaguer who sucks. His name should get the AAA and not MAAAyberry.

You offer that bum back to the Nationals. If they take him, so what? And if you love him that much then you offer them cash or a PTBNL to keep him.

But like Mo said - Gload should be on the DL. Then after he comes off you offer Mike Mike back to the Nats.

Don Ho

Has anyone here been to PNC Park in Pittsburgh?  Looks like a real cool venue.

oh thanks todd, i didn't realize that martinez was a rule 5, thanks for that stunning revelation.  my god, they must keep him then.  i mean, they may have to give his horrible bat and lousy defense back to the nats.  god forbid.

mayberry can play 1b, and all outfield positions and can steal you a base.  assuming you "have" to keep gload on the roster for a left handed bat (60 DL, trade for Thome, ftw) and the three options of sending down are mayberry, francisco, and martinez.  they picked the one wrong answer.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

i never said martinez was good. i just said because he can run and because hes can play every position hes more valuable off the bench than AAAberry, on top of the rule 5 stuff.

also they already said resting gload for 15 would do nothing. its either surgery and hes done for the year or play through it.

i thought about getting thome 2 weeks ago but first off he just went on the dl and second off he hasnt played in the field in 4 years. hes really at best an august 31 pick up.

but that doesnt matter now. they sent down a triple a player! and kept another triple a player on the roster! oh my god, its such a big deal!!

no matter what move they made it really wasnt going to make a difference. i honestly cant believe people are catching feelings for a guy hitting .230.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Chooch!  Nice throw.  Thought for sure he was going to be safe with that jump.  Man is McCutchen fast.

WTF tonight with the untimely pitching?   Cole walks the leadoff batter which leads to the tying run, now two walks after you catch McCutchen stealing.

So who is ready for 20 innings tonight?!

Wilsonnnnnnn!! Get ready!

PhillyPhreak54

They just burned Wilson in the 12th.

Danys Baez is warming up. The extra inning specialist.

Don Ho

Let's hope he continues his mastery of the extra innings because he blows ass otherwise.
