For this weeks game, Foles is the starter, now lets hope he is a good quarterback. He can't be much worse than what Vick has played like.

should have much bigger expectations than that....when there is a franchise qb in your division you cant expect to match or exceed it...they arent getting an rgIII....but you have to be able to at least compete with it

Good point...what I meant is I hope Foles is either obviously good or worse than Vick terrible. Just not someone the Eagles stick with because he's got potential. And regardless how he does against the taterskins' awful defense, I'm glad to not be watching Vick.

look at what the eagles did merely having the best qb in the division for almost a decade....and mcnabb aint no rggg...now the division has to compete with what should be arguably the best qb in the nfl for the next 10-15 years....personally id rather have luck to be honest but i dont think anyone would argue that one of the two is going to be the best qb in the nfl in five years

i think luck is better but rg3 aint no consolation prize

the hope is his small little body wears down and some awful play calling and coaching and team management never lets him reach his potential. the eagles actually did just about everything right in the early part of the 2000's and couldnt win because mcnabb was a loser. if rg3 gets that team he probably wins 3 super bowls.

Via Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Burkholder said that Vick is "well below" baseline testing, and that he's "not the Michael Vick I know when he's healthy."

Though Vick's vision has returned to normal, he's still experiencing concussion symptoms.

"He's foggy.  He's not very alert right now in terms of he just doesn't have that energy," Burkholder said. "He's tired all the time.  He's slept a lot.  He's not getting rid of the fatigue.  I would consider him heavy-eyed."

As a result, Burkholder said Vick is "not even close" to playing.
