I disagree. Then again, I actually think he's gotten railroaded. There must have been other information out there that we don't have, because I've seen nothing that implicates him.

i guess you missed the beating the cowboys took for signing greg hardy...but sure a statement that basically says "ooops our bad but we wasted a draft pick at least" is going to chill everyone out from criticizing a team/the league for drafting a murderer

Many teams are talking to him now anyway. It's not like he's not getting any attention. If he wasn't getting attention it would make sense. It's clearly just a perception move, and I think the perception could have been managed. But, like I said...I don't think any of the investigation will stick to him at the end of all of it. I'm not perplexed, I just think it could have been managed as a low-risk move with zero chance of a proven bad guy actually making the team.

Since they're talking to him now, it doesn't make a lot of logical sense. "Perplexed" is deeper than "I don't get" which you know, and why you used it.

by saying they should have spent a 7th and not a 4th is to not get it....the guy was nuclear during the draft...it wasnt about risk reward...if he was going to be drafted at all it would have been way before the 7th....the point is he was off limits period because of the culture change that has happened in the nfl over the last two years

Collins made it know he wasn't signing any contract if he got drafted in a later round.

And I'd sign him in a second, btw.  Great talent.

You can say a lot of shtein. He also said he'd be going into next years draft, and that's not going to happen either.
