Think this is a nonissue until proven otherwise.

In the modern world where everything is simple narratives, Patricia = bad. Therefore if your team hires him, you're bad. And if he was hired as the DC or head coach, I'm not sure I would argue with that. But in a role where his authority is not absolute, a smart team can hopefully play to his strengths and minimize his input where he is weak. He was an assistant on three smart SB winning teams. He's not poison incarnate.
