Assuming the draft happens and he declares, the Panthers will select Andrew Luck.

You like mock drafts?  I do.

LOLz at the Giants getting a Boston College OT in the first round.  Would love for the Eagles to get Janoris Jenkins, but he probably won't be available at 32.

I forget if it was Kiper or McShay, but they had Buffalo passing on another QB (ROME) to take Patrick Peterson instead.  Yeah, they need defensive help too, but this might be the best year for QBs since the flop of '99

they will still have a draft whether there is a lockout or not
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

I love QB heavy drafts because other good players fall. 4 going in the top 10 will make some players drop meaning it's a good year to move up. Since the Eagles have an extra 4th that's what I think they'll do. I'd love to get Patrick Peterson but he's a consensus top 10 pick and I doubt the Eagles would give up the picks they need to acquire him.

It's a great year for WRs too.

Julio Jones
AJ Green
Michael Floyd
Jonathan Baldwin
Leonard Hankerson
DeAndre Brown

all 6'3" - 6'5" with 4.5 speed

and there's also the 3-yr sophomore from Oklahoma State (Justin Blackmon) that could end up better than all of them.  He went for 9/117/2 in the Alamo Bowl last week and had only one game out of 13 below 125 yards

So they'll trade up to draft a QB?

The man. The myth. The legend.

I think it was Trent Dilfer on Mike and Mike this morning who said he's the most NFL ready QB he's seen since Elway

With Blaine Gabbert coming out it is a huge year for QBs.  I am sure Locker is kicking himself for not coming out last year.  All those Qbs should push a quality player the birds way.  Hopefully they will still be able to get something for Kolb.

I'm not going to form an opinion on any player until I read Chris Steuber's analysis.

Thats what I meant, Gabbert coming out though probably just pushes him down the board further.  Also I don't know why if given the opportunity a player that would have been a first rounder last season wouldn't have come out.  They aren't going to get those large contracts anymore.
