lol, no seriously, I have had a head cold/sinus thing for a week now....I was on the phone for work today and I must have sounded like a complete and utter ditz all day.

Ran 8 miles yesterday and felt like my face would explode from the pressure.

You ran 8 miles with a sinus infection?  Damn girl.  Did you ever get a cortisone shot for that?  When I get that sinus crap going I head to my Doctor and he gives me a cortisone shot.  Amazing.  Opens up your sinuses and your like new again.  Lasts about 2-3 days and you may have to go back for one more.

Minneapolis looks miserable right now.  Apparently that Univ. of Minnesota stadium was not built for football after November hence no heating system.
