Everyone stands around waiting for someone else to make the tackle and they don't attack the ball carrier allowing him to run wherever he wants. Other teams kick coverage actually runs down and tries to blast the ball carrier. The Eagles just stand around watching him run all over the field not even trying to stop the guy.
