Traded to Arizona for the guy that was taken one pick after him, CB Jorrick Calvin from Troy

Scott had shown absolutely nothing and would not have made the team.  So, whatever.

General_Failure

They should have held on to him. He might be good.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Hopefully phreak can cancel his jersey order.

Reminds me of trading a never-should-have-been drafted McMullen for an undrafted Baskett. Hopefully Calvin also brings a hot piece of ass to the Linc.

Once balls started clanging off his mitts and he was moved to GB his fate was sealed

And the Eagles are being investigated for trading Scott to avoid giving part of his salary to the rookie salary pool (which you must do if you cut players you draft).

I am not getting the whole "investigation" thing. Right or wrong the Eagles and other teams that may have used this practice, are acting within the confines of the CBA. What will the Union be investigating?  Why they signed said CBA with the uncapped year provision years and years ago?
I believe I've passed the age of consciousness and righteous rage
I found that just surviving was a noble fight.
I once believed in causes too,
I had my pointless point of view,
And life went on no matter who was wrong or right.
